El Aquanauta brings the flavours of Mexico’s Pacific coast to Santa Catalina with handmade tacos, fresh ceviches, quesadillas, burritos and legendary margaritas. Inspired by Baja California’s surf culture, it combines authentic Mexican cooking with a relaxed atmosphere that has made it a local favourite for more than a decade.
