Electronic Music Palma: Sahar Z

R33 returns to Wave Club on Saturday, 3 October, with Israeli DJ and producer Sahar Z leading a night of Electronic Music Palma. The terrace opens from 20:00 with local and international selectors, before the main club programme continues from midnight until 06:00 with Sahar Z, Carlos Wesley B2B Murbella, Funk Off and G.Feity. 

Sahar Z has been part of the underground electronic scene since the 1990s, building his reputation through long-form sets that move between progressive house, deep house, melodic electronics and techno. A longtime figure in Tel Aviv club culture, he held a residency at Haoman 17 and later became closely associated with The Cat & Dog club. 

His production career has included collaborations with Guy J, Guy Gerber and Guy Mantzur, as well as releases connected to labels including Lost & Found, Bedrock, Anjunadeep and EDGE. With Guy J he also co-founded Armadillo Records, a label created as an outlet for more experimental and downtempo electronic music. 

Sahar Z’s sets are known for moving gradually between deeper grooves and more melodic, driving territory rather than sticking to a single strand of house or techno. His own description of his sound spans organic house, melodic house and techno, indie dance and hypnotic electronic music. 

The 3 October programme starts earlier on Wave Club’s terrace. Alejo Azad, Blieve B2B Lucken, Drilox, Mauro Torreta and No Comply are listed for the outdoor section from 20:00. The main R33 lineup then features Sahar Z alongside Carlos Wesley B2B Murbella, Argentina’s Funk Off and G.Feity.

The night adds another underground-focused date to Music Events Mallorca, with R33 concentrating its programming on house and techno rather than a mainstream club format. The venue’s current calendar confirms Sahar Z from midnight until 06:00, while the terrace gives this Electronic Music Palma event an earlier starting point than the main-room schedule.
