Food and Music Event Palma: Manuel Sanchez: Music & Dinner

DÔME Palma combines dinner and DJ culture on Saturday, 3 October, with Ibiza-based DJ and producer Manuel Sanchez playing in Sala Maná from 20:00 until midnight. The evening brings together the restaurant’s food offering and four hours of electronic music for a Food and Music Event Palma in the centre of the city.

Originally from Mar del Plata, Argentina, Manuel Sanchez has been working professionally as a DJ and producer since 2016. After spending several years developing his career in Brazil, he moved into the European circuit and has since built a regular presence in Ibiza and Mallorca. His recent appearances have included venues such as BCM, R33, Brooklyn Club, Es Molí and Selva Club, alongside dates in Ibiza and other European cities. 

Musically, Sanchez moves across house and its different shades, with sets incorporating deep, organic, Afro, tech and progressive house as well as minimal and techno. Progressive house is particularly central to his sound, while his longer sets allow him to move between deeper melodic sections and more energetic club rhythms. 

At DÔME, the emphasis is on a different setting from his later-night club appearances. The poster describes the Saturday session as a “Music & Dinner Atmosphere”, placing the DJ set alongside the evening’s restaurant service rather than presenting it as a conventional nightclub event. It makes the night a crossover between Food Events Palma and Music Events Mallorca, with dinner gradually moving into a more music-led atmosphere.

Sanchez is also no stranger to DÔME. He has previously played DJ sessions at the Palma venue, including appearances during summer 2026, making his return on 3 October part of an ongoing connection with the space.
