Taking place every Sunday as part of a food event in Mallorca and across a collection of local venues, Vermutingos combines vermouth, tapas and relaxed midday La Mona Vermutería and Ben Trempat join the growing Vermutingos movement, bringing the traditional Sunday vermouth ritual to Santa Catalina and Palma’s historic centre.
The concept is built around the Spanish ritual of the Sunday aperitif, when friends meet over vermouth and small plates before lunch and the afternoon unfolds at an easy pace. Vermutingos brings that tradition into a shared weekly format, connecting independent bars and neighbourhood favourites across different parts of Palma.
