Food Event Palma: Mallorca Burger Fest 2026

Son Fusteret hosts Mallorca Burger Fest from 1 to 4 October, bringing four days of burgers, pizzas, desserts, drinks and music to the Palma venue. This Food Event Palma returns with free admission and expands its usual burger-focused format with a dedicated pizza offering for the 2026 edition. 

The centre of the festival is still the burger, with different food stands serving their own versions throughout the four days. This year, however, pizza officially joins the programme, widening the choice beyond the event’s original speciality. A separate dessert area and drinks zone complete the food side of the festival.

Mallorca Burger Fest is designed as more than a collection of food stalls. Music runs alongside the gastronomic programme, while activities for children make the event suitable for families as well as groups heading out for lunch, dinner or an informal evening at Son Fusteret. The venue itself is one of Palma’s main large-scale event spaces and regularly hosts concerts, festivals, fairs and gastronomic events. 

For anyone following Food Events Mallorca, the festival brings several different concepts together in one place rather than focusing on a single restaurant or chef. Burgers remain the headline attraction, but the addition of pizza, sweets and drinks gives the 2026 edition more of a street-food festival feel.

The combination of food and live entertainment also gives the programme some crossover with Music Events Mallorca, with music forming part of the atmosphere across the festival days. The focus, however, stays firmly on food, making Mallorca Burger Fest one of the larger Food Event Palma dates at the beginning of October.

The festival runs from Thursday, 1 October through Sunday, 4 October 2026, and admission is free. The promotional material confirms the dates but does not publish daily opening and closing hours yet, so I would leave exact times as TBA rather than add unconfirmed hours.
