Oktoberfest Palma

Fría Sophía Winebar brings a Bavarian-inspired Oktoberfest celebration to the centre of Palma on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Running from 11:00 to 17:00, this Oktober Fest Palma event combines traditional German specialities with Champagne, Cava and wine in the elegant setting of the wine bar.

Inspired by the atmosphere of Munich’s famous Käferzelt, the event offers a different interpretation of the traditional Bavarian beer festival. Rather than focusing exclusively on beer, Fría Sophía combines classic Oktoberfest food with its own selection of sparkling wines and other wines.

The menu features pretzels and Weißwurst, the traditional Bavarian white sausage commonly served with sweet mustard and freshly baked pretzels. Originally associated with Munich, Weißwurst is one of Bavaria’s best-known culinary specialities and an essential part of the region’s food culture.

Guests attending in traditional Bavarian clothing, such as Lederhosen or Dirndl, will receive a complimentary glass of Cava on arrival. The dress code is optional, but adds a traditional element to the celebration.

The event takes inspiration from the Käferzelt, one of the more exclusive tents at Munich’s Oktoberfest, known for combining Bavarian hospitality with a refined dining atmosphere. Fría Sophía adapts this concept to its wine bar setting in Palma, replacing the large festival tent with a smaller, more intimate venue.

Among Food Events Mallorca, the celebration offers an opportunity to experience Bavarian culinary traditions alongside Champagne, Cava and wine. It also reflects the international influences found in Palma’s food and wine culture, where local venues regularly introduce different European culinary traditions.

The daytime format, running for six hours, makes this Oktober Fest Palma celebration suitable for a late breakfast, lunch or afternoon gathering. Reservations are strongly recommended by the organisers.
