At Alemany, a seasonal dining experience celebrates the iconic Sóller orange with a curated tasting menu running from April 14 to April 26. As part of the island’s spring Mallorca events calendar, the restaurant presents a refined interpretation of local ingredients through a three-course menu rooted in the culinary identity of the Sóller valley.
An example from the menu highlights the concept: mackerel in Sóller orange escabeche served with mussels, peas and asparagus as a starter, followed by duck magret with Sóller orange, red sweet potato purée and glazed baby onions, and with a crêpe Suzette paired with Sóller orange and mascarpone ice cream.
