Ronqueo: Four Hands Tuna Dinner

The Sea Club hosts a special Mallorca food event on Saturday, 26 September centred on wild Balearic bluefin tuna, with a live ronqueo by Bluefin Balear founder Toni Fiol and a six-course four-hands dinner by The Sea Club chef Michael Bosca and Terrae’s David Rivas. The evening starts at 19:00 with a welcome cocktail, followed by the ronqueo at 19:30, dinner with Mallorcan wine pairing at 20:00, and live music afterwards; tickets are €85.
