La Mona Vermutería and Ben Trempat join the growing Vermutingos movement, bringing the traditional Sunday vermouth ritual to both Santa Catalina and Palma’s historic centre. This Mallorca event celebrates slow Sundays with vermouth, tapas and relaxed midday gatherings alongside other participating local venues.
