Bodegas Ángel launches the first edition of Wine Fest on Saturday, 17 October, bringing local wine, Mediterranean food and electronic music together among the vineyards of Santa Maria del Camí. Running from 17:00 to 23:00, this Wine Fest in Mallorca features DJ sets from Möberden, Will DC and a guest DJ, with six hours of music stretching from late afternoon into the evening.
Created in cooperation with Connect Mallorca, Wine Fest is designed as a small-scale gathering rather than a large festival. The first edition is limited to only 100 guests, keeping the focus on wine, food, music and the vineyard setting.
The soundtrack comes from Möberden and Will DC, joined by a guest DJ. The music accompanies the full afternoon and evening, giving the Wine Fest in Mallorca a crossover between a winery experience and a sunset electronic music session.
Bodegas Ángel provides the setting in the wine-growing countryside around Santa Maria del Camí. Founded in 2006 by Mallorcan winemaker Andrés Gelabert, the winery works with both local and international grape varieties. Native Mallorcan grapes including Prensal Blanc and Manto Negro form part of its production, connecting the event directly with the island’s winemaking traditions.
Tickets cost €48 and include three glasses of Bodegas Ángel wine, with other beverages available as an alternative. Food comes in the form of a Mediterranean platter with cheese, olives, ham and bread with olive oil, adding a gastronomic element that places the afternoon among the more distinctive Food Events Mallorca.
At 18:00, guests can also take part in a complimentary wine tour through the bodega. The tour offers a closer look at the winery before the music and wine continue into the evening, with the surrounding vineyards providing the backdrop as the sun goes down.
For anyone following wine culture and Music Events Mallorca, this first Wine Fest in Mallorca brings the two together in a deliberately intimate format. Local wine, Mediterranean flavours and electronic music shape the six-hour programme, while the limited capacity keeps the atmosphere closer to a private vineyard gathering than a conventional festival.
